Since their inception in 1994, 126 Hudson Valley Renegades players have gone on to play in Major League Baseball. The first Renegades player to reach MLB was Kevin Brown, a catcher with the inaugural 1994 team. For 29 years, future big leaguers including All-Stars, Gold Glovers, Sliver Sluggers, World Series Champions, Rookies of the Year and an MVP have called Heritage Financial Park home. In 2023, nine Renegades alumni have made their MLB debuts, including Yankees top prospect Anthony Volpe and 2022 Renegades Everson Pereira, Austin Wells and Jasson Dominguez.
Three former Renegades managers, Charlie Montoyo ('98), Edwin Rodriguez ('99), and Matt Quatraro ('06 & '07) have gone on to manage MLB teams after serving in that position with the Gades.
